An anime about spirits?

i remember the first episode... kinda. there was this little boy who drew pictures and they came to life as spirits. They were crazy looking too. And this dude come along and he an exorcist. I believe he had white/gray hair the covered an eye and had a tooth pick/cigarette in his mouth... the name had " shi shi " in it i think.. Please help me the best you can. Thank you
