What is the name of the horror film, not the exorcist, in a cabin, girl crab walks down stairs backwards?

I saw this a while ago... i rented it on netflix, it takes place in a cabin, not to good acting, makes you jump at every scene, I remember a girl takes pictures in an abandoned jail or something and dead people are in the pictures, and a girl looks like the exorcist girl, crab walks down the stairs backwards, and goes sprinting down the hall out of no where... mad scary...i think it was like maybe an independent film, i didn't recognize any actors...
