Horror Movie that will scare me?

I have seen allot of horror movies but none have scared me. I have seen tcm 1974 the exorcist paranormal activity the shining Halloween the grudge but none has scared me. . I think that the atmosphere of the film strange noises etc scare me more then someone being killed gore doesn't phase me. I did not like paranormal activity but I think the scares it was trying to go for would scare me if it was a well acted made film rather then somthing like exorcist or saw somthing that seems more likely to happen in real life. Please reccomend a movie that will scare me. 5 stars for best answer.
